Get Fit Like Sarah Connor

I just got out of the Marine Corps. in 2010 and finally stopped exercising. After doing PT three times a day, everyday, I decided to quit and relax. Before I knew it, I put on twenty pounds! What the hell! I'd like to get back my body type and in the end to be as fit as Sarah Connor off Terminator. I think it's a realistic goal if I apply myself. Every morning I wake up and poke at my fat. I'd like for it to be gone already. I have a huge problem getting the motivation to exercise now and I procrastinate a lot.

Here are my goals:

January-March

  • Have a healthy diet down.
  • Exercise at least once a day with a regime that I feel comfortable with.
  • Avoid junk food all together.
  • Keep track of my food intake and exercises.
  • Utilize the 'Zombie, Run!,' 'MyFitnessPal' and 'Fitocracy' applications. You don't improve what you don't measure!

April-June

  • Do a hundred sit ups.
  • Try to go Walk/Run outside more often. At least two to three times a week.
