Get Back on Track

I like working out and playing sports. I used to work out4-5times a week two years ago. But since I joined Graduate School, I have been delaying all physical activities and not eating healthy. I think this is because of inconsistent schedules, staying in college till late night, eating what is within reach and plain laziness. I need to get healthy and feel healthy. 

My fitness action plan is :

  • Gain a good  understanding of what my body structure is and how much exercise I need.
  • Create an exercise plan. 
  • Follow the exercise plan. 
  • Learn about healthy foods, recipes and incorporate at least 3 servings of vegetables in every meal. 
  • Introduce small healthy habits in daily lifestyle. 

Starting today, I will climb the stairs to my lab instead of taking the elevator.
