1) Find an activity that I love and actually look forward to doing. Something to get me addicted to fitness! Some ideas are:
Circuit Training - classes offered at my gym
Running WITH A BUDDY!! (need to find a buddy...)
2) Exercise consistantly! Get my heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes/day, 5 days/week. Want to build exercise into my everyday life so it doesn't feel like a chore; Something I have to pause my life to go take care of every day.
3) Lose 25 pounds!! Do so by focusing on my diet/nutrition. Use techniques such as counting calories, portion control, proper variety in types of nutrients, etc. (Have had success with this in the past. Already lost 30 pounds!)
