Fuel for the day

Hi, I've been trying to gain weight for almost 4 years now with no success. My training regime is strong but I've always failed with my diet. 

I don't eat breakfast, I'm very fussy with what I eat and I'll often skip meals despite being hungry because I'm that lazy. 

In the past there have been weeks where I've been really good with my diet and even gained weight but I always fall off because I make too many drastic changes. 

I hope with this that I'll be able to gradually increase how much I eat and be more consistent with my diet. Breakfast is first...we'll go on from there.
