Here are my cherries. I don’t own white watercolor but found that watered down Quin Rose and Goethite make a nice muted pink:

I decided to try this again. I took Cat’s tip and went a little smaller (6x8 instead of 9x12) and I used Bee 100% cotton paper. I like this one better Than the first one (below). I tried to use a colored pencil to sign it but messed it up.

Of course I tried to attempt this when it is 150 degrees outside and the air is super dry. Lol. I had some issues with the paint drying too fast and I definitely need to work on my brush control but it was a fun first attempt with my new tube watercolors. They work a little differently than my pans. May take a little getting used to and I also need to stop using this cheap paper (Canson XL - I am not a fan). Thank you for the class!
