From 5k to a Half Marathon

I've hit the wall.  I can run five kilometers now and not even feel it. It's time to step it up.  I've joined a few fun runs to have a goal towards my half marathon.

11km in Feb

16km in March

14km in May

21.1km in June

And I need to get my nutrition right.  I eat crap.  I don't think when I eat, I need to start considering what I'm putting into my body.

This time I'm doing it for me.
