I did part-time freelancing as a graphic artist for many years as a side-project to being a full-time mom. Unfortunately, even though I loved it, I treated it a bit more like a hobby than a career. Then I got a "real" job for awhile in the business world where I worked as both a designer and an editor. I'm getting ready to graduate with a degree in web design, and I'm ready to explore and embrace the freelance life again, this time a little more seriously. Okay, way more seriously.
I'm passionate about helping people communicate more effectively by combining their words with designs that communicate the message visually.
