Day Fourteen - You Get To.... I Get To Be Creative For 28 Days and More :-) I've loved this, I've loved that Jessica joined in everyday, I've loved seeing other artwork and reading their messages. This whole process has brought me a whole lot of enjoyment and happiness. I found the second part more challenging but have slowly got into it and think I might continue using these prompts.

Day Thirteen - Use Your Wounds - My message was to Stand Tall, all your wounds that you have experienced have created who you are today and you can choose to use this in a positive and strengthening way.

Day Twelve - Cheer Yourself On - Well this is interesting, I thought about what this might be, sat quietly and nothing really came to me. I then went to take some items to the local charity store and on the top were this deck of cards called Miracles Now. So I thought what would the cards say and shuffled them and one flew out one with these words on it. Stillness is the key success, mine and maybe yours too :-)

Day Eleven - Change Your Tone Of Voice - Well I sat still and asked how should I change my tone of voice and this came to me. Not a phrase I use so I new it was from within, saying brighten up on your outlook, thoughts and words :-)

Day Ten - Reframe With An Affirmation - I say the full Ho'oponopono prayer everyday, and repeat the shortened version throughout my day, so when my daughter came to me today and said I've found this stuff about ho'oponopono, don't you do that? I knew this was the right mantra for me. I love that it is about putting right or letting go of data (memories) which you hold on to and therefore project and create your own reality.

Day Nine - What Would Your Best Friend Tell You? The words Stick With It came to me while I was walking my dog on St Catherine's Hill this evening and then I spotted this beautiful toadstool which I took a photo of so that I could draw it.

Day 8 - It's OK - It's Okay To Start Over - I've republished this as I didn't think my first one looked finished. I've added a few lines here and there and it looks more complete I feel :-)

Day Seven - Giving Yourself Permission This was a journey and not the one I expected as the pens I had said they could be used as watercolour too, but that didn't happen so I had to carry on in a slightly different direction than I was thinking, but I'm happy with the result :-)

Day Six - Active Listening Throughout Your Day - I heard don't worry, you're okay as in the Bob Marley song with the three little birds on the doorstep, singing sweet songs and melody. Although I haven't drawn three birds I was trying to bring movement and positivity into the words that I'm OK :-).

Day Five - Allow Your Own Experience - I am free to think good positive and loving thoughts.

So my message to these unkind thoughts is this.

Day Two - A Message In One Word - I'm getting myself worked up a worried about stuff so my word as my best friend was to try to relax.
