Focus less on sleep, more on being productive

My Habit Personality

Type 1: Upholder - 4 - Moderate Tendency

Type 2: Questioner - 6 - Very Strong Tendency

Type 3: Rebel - 5 - Strong Tendency

Type 4: Obliger- 6 - Very Strong Tendency

I signed up for this class to create better, more productive habits. I would love to be able to get myself up earlier in the morning so that I can not only stop having to rush around to get ready in the morning but would also like to get in the habit of exercising as well. I know it would be great for me but I am the ultimate snoozer.

My most consistent good habit is brushing my teeth regularly
