I really liked the class! It helped me to learn some new designing skills. You explained it very clear Elizabeth, it was easy to follow, even for me because I'm from the Netherlands ;)
I started to draw shapes. When I digitized the drawings, I realiZe that it didn't worked for me to create new shapes in illustrator. My illustrator skills aren't that good enough. So I put some shapes together on paper, as you can see on the right side of the picture. It helped me to see how shapes good fit together.
- When I finish a pattern and I follow all the steps, some lines get tinner than other lines. How is this possible?
- In your class you mention that you can work in CMYK. But when I want to print my patterns on fabric, Spoonflower recommend to have the colors in RGB. Will there be a different result when I use the CMYK for fabric printing?
