Pizza is definitely number one. I could try cauliflower crust pizza and vegan cheese maybe.
Beer is definitely another. I can substitute sparkly water or small amount of wine.
Dark chocolate. Maybe carob?
Cereal! I could have oatmeal or some bran cereal? Yogurt, ice cream and butter, etc. I guess just get fat free kinds or limit them a lot.
side note: in the subtitles (closed captioning) the spelling for ‘glycemic index’ is different almost every time and some of them are hilarious! If Mr. Wilson ever reads this ... you might want to do something about that. It could be thoroughly confusing for your deaf and hard of hearing content watchers.
