Fitness goals

My goals for the future, both short and long term:

1. Be able to lift my suitcase without any help. I am tired of looking like a little pathetic girl. I travel a lot, so I look like a pathetic little girl often.

2. Learn not to hate working out or exercise. Hoping to 'love' it is too much to as at the moment. Accepting it would be about right.

3. Ultimately, I'd like to lose about 25 pounds total. But my short term goal is to lose 6 pounds. Then it will be 10 more pounds and then 9 to make up the 25 pound goal. Slow and steady so I can keep it off.

4. I suppose I should also try to learn to love my body no matter where I am in my weight loss goals.
