Fitness goals for 2013

My goals for 2013 are:

--To continue to go to the gym or do fitness activities at home at least 3x weekly, and more, if possible;

--To continue to push myself hard to  progress in my workout activities, be it strength work, cardio, or yoga/pilates.


Most of the goals i need to set are related to diet.
