Well my current fitness and habits around exercice and diet are:
- eating unhealthy foods like chocolate and muffins
- eating more than my weight maintenance calories
- not eating many vegetables or raw foods
- not exercising
- feeling winded when climbing a flight of stairs
My fitness goals around exercise and diet are:
- eating cleanly (raw and healthy foods as possible)
- eating at least 500 calories less than my weight maintenance calories per day
- avoiding unhealthy foods
- kickboxing and gym most nights per week
- being able to complete a kickboxing class doing every single burpee and every single kick
- eventually, reaching my coach's goal for me of 154lbs
- feeling strong and having cardiovascular endurance again!
