Fitness and Wellness Jumpstart 2013

"Conduct a self assessment about your current fitness and habits around exercise and diet. Outline your fitness goals."

Well my current fitness and habits around exercice and diet are:

  • eating unhealthy foods like chocolate and muffins
  • eating more than my weight maintenance calories
  • not eating many vegetables or raw foods
  • not exercising
  • feeling winded when climbing a flight of stairs

My fitness goals around exercise and diet are:

  • eating cleanly (raw and healthy foods as possible)
  • eating at least 500 calories less than my weight maintenance calories per day
  • avoiding unhealthy foods
  • kickboxing and gym most nights per week
  • being able to complete a kickboxing class doing every single burpee and every single kick
  • eventually, reaching my coach's goal for me of 154lbs
  • feeling strong and having cardiovascular endurance again!
