Fitness Goals

In general, I would like to improve my exercise habits, and sort of set a baseline to keep on improving.

In the short-term, I would like to:

1) Run 5K in a single session by April, by following the Couch to 5K series.

2) Be regularly exercising a minimum of 1 hr/day 3 days/week by February.

3) Do 100 pushups in a single session by March, but doing the 100 Pushups Program.

In the long-term, I would like to:

1) Eventually be able to run a marathon.

2) Regularly exercise at least 1 hr/day everyday.

3) Generally improve upper-body strength.
