My project will entail tracking my workouts to see where I am, and where I've been to better see where I'm going. I will also be more concious of what, when and why I'm eating. Being a cook, it's difficult to not take the occasional bite of everything I'm cooking, especially now that it's in a school cafeteria.
I have now started tracking my workouts on Fitocracy!
At least I am consistantly a work in progress.
