First steps to balance

Well, I have a lot of problems with balance, the main is that I don't have it at all :)

So I'm going to try to use all the tips and check what will help in my situation. First of all I will make a plan, will set weekends for several upcoming weeks and will promise myself to go to gym at least twice a week.

Hope not to forget to come back later and share any improvements.
