First step towards healthy life - crafting my exercise habit

I'm going to do a 30 minutes - 1 hour freeletics session 3 to 4 times a week.

- 3 Action points for tomorrow:

1/ Set reminder (7pm) on my Timeful App

2/ Print and post the incomplete habit template on my door

3/ Install Lift / Coach me app and set the reminder (9pm) - this is my 'second chance', in case work finish late
