"I WILL WALK 500 MILES...." Yes, it's a song, but it's also a goal! I will walk/run 500 miles in 2013! I'm in week 2 and at 100% compliance with 10 miles per week. It matters not with whom I walk, how fast, what I listen to or how I look whilst doing it. It simply matters that it is done!
