Finish Kanban board set up AND Set up first project
I sort of/started setting up a Kanban board a few months ago. I put non-project stuff on it. The projects I DID have I hadn't mapped out to put up all the related tasks. I started over and just put up one project 'right'. I will put up one more and try no more than two at a time to start.
My first project I also have had on my project list for several months. It's funny because I LIKE inventorying and organizing. I don't know why I've put it off. I think because I'd thought it would take too much time. As I was watching the course looking at my previous brainstorming and adding TIMES, I was surprised when I thought about how quick most of the tasks should be. I added the times to my Post-its on my board and I think that will help me actually DO stuff.
And now, I will stop procrastinating and go DO at least one of these before I reward myself with coming back to watch the last few parts.
