Find Your Creative Style: An Exploration Through Floral Techniques
I've made it through the first exercise so far and had a great time exploring the techniques. I used watercolor paints -- although, I always mix in a fair bit of white and use quite a lot of pigment because I like a more chalky, gouache-y look.
Adding the details
I didn't have a white gel pen. Or a big selection of black pens for that matter.
So I used white paint and a fine brush to add the white lines. Then I used a black fine liner pen for the final outlines.
