Final: Watercolor-Sketch - Drama and a little bit of fairy dust

Final: Watercolor-Sketch - Drama and a little bit of fairy dust - student project

Using glitter is a little bit tricky for me but I am sure with practice it will get better  :) (I hope so!)

Let me know what do you think of my sketches because it's the first time I used watercolor and I would love your tips!

Hi everyone!

My name is Artemis and here are some of the many things things that inspire me.

From the first two collages, you can tell that I love bold and dramatic looks. I find them more intense, therefore more interesting.

Red, black and gold are the colors that I attract my attention most of the time.

So this was my one side..

My other side is quiter. Soft, dreamy and romantic would describe it accurately.

Flowers, butterflies and girly hairdos are some of the things that inspire me when I look for a more fairytale look.

From my last collage you can see that I have added a few Asian/Japanese details. This is another element I find very interesting; the mystery created by the traditional side of Japan, with their embellished kimonos and their beautifuly decorated umbrellas.

I am a beginner, so this is a challenge for me.

I look forward for the class to start and to work with all of you! ;)
