Feel fit, strong and capable.

Illness, relationships, and a changing work schedule have taken their toll on my fitness level.  From previously playing waterpolo 2-5x a week, hooping and juggling for multiple hours every Saturday, and riding my bike to and from these activities and just-for-fun longer rides, I now commute by bike 2-3x a week, and swim once a month.
