Starting this challenge with a little more courage, after finishing "Drawing without fear experiments". Slowly learning not to judge and adore small tiny details. Marie-Noelle, your lessons are such a safe place to draw, I'm so happy that I discovered you!
Day 1 - Journey
Meditative approach of my journey.
Day 2 - Cloudwatching
Weird one :) I think it's some kind of flying elephant pouring water from the sky.
Day 3 - Feeling a bit slow
Drawing this to music. Zbigniew Preisner - Les marionnettes.
Love how I can catch undried ink with wet brush and let it melt.
Day 4 - Shake it upThere was a wildflowers bouquet on my table, so I drew them with a shaky fast hand. Tried not to look very long at flowers, just few glimpses to catch the energy and shapes.
Day 5 - Metamorphosis
Day 6 - Metamorphosis2
The apple tree metamorphosis. With this challenge I'm also trying to draw the first idea that comes to my mind, not trying to overthink it. So here's something symbolic, not explainable, but in a way fits to metamorphosis theme.
Day 7 - Crowd of creatures
Day 8 - Color my day
Not a day for vivid colors. Just three dark clouds waking in the morning, trying to find their way in this day. Drawing this has helped me a ton.
Day 9 - Flatten it out
Day 10- Thread
Day 11 - Transform me
Day 12 - Structure
Day 13 - Take 2
Day 14 - Texture
I wanted to draw water texture so much, I have used photo reference from Unsplash. I'm happy with this final drawing, I found these colors match together so well, and flowy shapes inspired me a lot.
And will continue drawing everyday.
And going to see all Marie-Noelle classes now. THANKS!
