Favorite, Current, and Future Books

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is my favorite personal development book.  As touched upon in your presentation, the three (3) step system for developing a habit is reminder, routine and reward.  I find it fascinating that we can focus on patterns in our daily lives to transform our habits and achieve success.  

I am currently reading The Little Book of Talent:  52 Tips for Improving Your Skills by Daniel Coyle. Once I find the "talent" I'd like to cultivate, I imagine that I'll consider this book a reference I'll use frequently.  

Along the same lines The Power of Habit, my next read is Better Than Before by Gretchen Rubin.
