Fat Loss goal from 23% to 15%-10%

I've been dealing with weight all my life. It wasn't until college that I got serious. My moment was when I stepped on a scale after freshman year and was 198lbs. I started exercising right away. Lost almost 50 lbs my sophmore year with smaller portions and basic cardio.

Junior and senior year, I continued my cardio but began to do only a little lifting. By the end of my college career I was 141 lbs, which is the lightest I've ever been since middle school! Which means that yes, in middle school I was over 141 lbs.

Now that I am back at home, I am putting even more focus into fitness. Specifcally fat lost. I don't care about the scale, more about body fat percentage. I am focusing on training mean (weight lifting) and eating clean.

Currently I am doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit program and I am on day 3. So far it feels good to have strict guidelines on what to do. Even though prior to the program I have been researching for weeks on eating right and body building. I say if fat loss is your goal give it a try with me!
