Face Pharmacy - engaging patients and customers with social media

Pharmacists often have special offers and health promotions which only reach the customers and patients who attend the pharmacy during that activity period.  Customers of all ages are spending more time on social media sites like facebook.  By promoting services directly to the patients facebook news feed the pharmacist can engage at a time of the patients convenience, and allows then patient to share the promotions with their friends and family.

Face Pharmacy aims to provide regular, three times weekly, health promotion status updates to keep the engagement between pharmacy and patient active.  Pharmacists will pay for the creation of their pharmacy page and these updates, with upgrade options, for additional promotional updates, activity and comment monitoring, facebook advertising and targeting, staff training and local press engagement.
