Exercise almost every day

My outcome is to lose 10 lbs in 12 weeks ( by April 13, 2013).

My behavior goals are to

1) Work out in any manner, at least 10 minutes, 6 days per week.

2) Eliminate desserts, eat smaller meals, and eat healthy planned snacks.

3) Of those 6 workouts, at least 3 must have 20 minutes of cardio training and at least 3 must have gym strength training. Cardio and strength training can be combined in a single workout if needed.
