2. I enjoy using the text and the background colour blocks to make it less daunting.

4. My initial reaction was something silly about fearing fear itself. Found this hard.

5. I haven't done the last exercise yet, I'm finding it really difficult. I'm going to try and think of some positive messages to say to myself. Lately I've been thinking about the serendipity of life, and going with the flow to see where it takes me, to push back less, to embrace more. Jordan; your 'misunderstood' writing made me think of that too. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, I'm going to try to think of something along those lines. But not try TOO hard. :)
