Example Project! - student project

My primary focus: My focus will continue to be building and maintaining positive habits, a sense of accomplishment, clarity of purpose, a good start to the day, learning and discovery, curiosity, reflection, selflove, ME time, injecting fun and play during each day, and shaking things up when it gets boring.

What habits will I do? Meditation, journaling, gratitude, lucid dreaming, stretching, walking, spending time outside, and reading

What is my daily focus? (optional)

  • Tuesday: Go to the rec center and workout

  • Thursday: Watch a movie on Netflix
  • Friday: Do something just for fun
  • Saturday: Go outside in nature
  • Sunday: Reflect on prior week

  • Set intentions to remember my dreams and that my sleep be restful and peaceful
