Eureka Street Pickles!

Changed my recipe to use asparagus and orange bell pepper

1 large bell pepper

1 bunch asparagus 

2 sprigs cilantro

1 sprig parsley 

1 tsp stone ground mustard

7 cloves garlic 

3 Tbs sea salt

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp ground sage 

50% white vinegar, 50% water

I blanched the asparagus before pickling to tenderize and prepare the asparagus for pickling.
