I have tried various morning routines and have yet to find one that works well with the weird scheduling I have had the last couple months. The one thing I have been pretty consistent with though is taking a 30 minute early in the mornings. Just that walk itself really makes a difference throughout the day. I definitely start my days more energized and ready. I also have been trying to drink water in the morning regularly, although I do struggle throughout the day.
I used to read and meditate in the mornings but I have struggled maintaining these habits throughout the last couple of months. Would love to get back into the swing of incorporating walking, meditation/ prayer, reading, and having a good breakfast in the morning.
