Eating less, sweating more. Because I love dessert!

Hi everyone! I'm graduating next semester as an engineer and I've been working superhard on that, as a consequence, I haven't had a lot of time to work out or even think about what the word gym means. I don't have trouble exercising and I find it fun, I even belong to a sports team but I've gained so much weight that I can't train efficiently. On top of that, I love dessert, so I'll just need to sweat more than I eat to be able to go back to training efficiently, since it's summer here, and we're on "break" atm (I'm peruvian).
