November 2011 I started working out, hoping to build some muscle. Going to the gym became a habit pretty quickly, and I've kept it up pretty well throughout 2012. However, even though I'm happy with my workout habits, I still have a long way to go when it comes to nutrition and food. I try to eat a lot of chicken and salmon fillets, but that's about it. So obviously I just want to learn more in general. MORE KNOWLEDGE PLEASE! But to set a clear and measurable goal, I want to learn how to make 10 different meals that are going to help me build muscle, and which I can use to form a weekly eating habit.
