Easy Double Exposure Portrait in After Effects

Hi, my name is Charlie Valencia and I'm accepting the June Challenge! This is my first time teaching on Skillshare and even on the web in general!

I'm a Los Angeles based Motion Graphics Artist and cinematographer looking to teach during my free time and exited to engage with the awesome Skillshare community.

A little bit about me, I started out working at Nickelodeon on a children's television show called "Yo Gabba Gabba!". It was my summer internship and I still maintain relationships with cast and crew today. Working in children's television had a huge impact on me as a student, professional and as an artist.

Here is some of my work that I believe had a strong connection with my experience at Nick.

My approach for my first class will be to start off with something easy and simple but also provide some great value to students.

Project: Create a Double Exposure Portrait in After Effects.

Using a technique that I like to use by blending two pictures ( one portrait and another photograph) together to make something strikingly awesome that will make you feel like a big shot agency MoGraph Artist.

I hope you can check it out, I can't wait to get started.

Here's my trailer!
