Has anyone ever told you, you can't do something? Or that your goals were not achievable?  Or that you're just not good enough? These misconceptions embody the meaning of Lost Credit. Lost Credit is a fashion brand born in Maryland, we combine the styles  that have been engraved in us  on the east coast with the flavors we love from the west coast , creating both a diverse and trendy line.

It all started back in 2011.  I was a college student with a lot of free time and a few ideas about starting my own company.  My friends and I started bouncing ideas off of each other and came up with Lost Credit, and a slogan of Give Credit where Credit is Due.  We started off with some pretty cool stuff. One of our first pieces to really pop off was the Abe Lincoln Crew.  It is a picture of Abe Lincoln, with a joint behind his ear.  The fashion concept was derived from a quote I read of  Abraham Lincoln "Two of my favorite things are sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe of sweet hemp, and playing my harmonica." -Abraham Lincoln. Look at some of the pictures from the 1st release.

The next season we dropped our 2012 Spring line. The feedback was really positive.  The hottest seller of the Spring 2012 season was the "Rolling Stoned" tee.  As I reflect back on the 2012 Spring line, it was a good concept and the t-shirt was nice , however we made minor sales and marketing mistakes that prevented us from fully capitalizing on the new line.  We definitely learned a few good lessons after the launch. here is a look.

After our Spring line, we got ready for the summer line.   We felt the best thing to do for the summer was to just drop as many different pieces as we could.  We started off with the 4th of July piece.  It feautred 4th of July themed Tank Tops and Tees.   I have to admit, the 4th of July pieces are my favorites.

After the 4th of July tank tops and tees, we created a few more additional clothing pieces.  As Fall rolled around I wasn't in the position to drop anything because I had to pay for school (straigh Cash lol).  During the Fall season, I took a break and prepared to drop some pieces in the winter.  It was during that time that a few of the Student Government members from my school, Bowie State University, became interested in a few of my pieces and asked us if our clothing company would be interested in participating in the school's fashion show.  While planning and prepping for the Bowie State University fashion show, we were approached by the University of Maryland at College Park and Towson University to participate in their school's fashion shows too.  We agreed to participate in all the schools fashion shows, however we did not realize that all three of the school's fashion shows were the same weekend and two of the school's fashion shows were on the same day.  As crazy as it sounds, everything went smooth we finished all three shows and killed them. Here is a look at a few of the pieces used in the shows.

Now we are in 2013 and Lost Credit is at its best ever.  We are just about in every major city in Maryland.  If you have not heard of us, I am sure you have seen our t-shirt, tanks, jackets, buttons, and stickers. If not now you have. follow us on
