I have been interested in cooking new dishes so when I saw this one I knew I had to try it.

The dough was fun to make. Shaping it into the large "O" helped when it came to cutting the dumplings into even pieces.

I made a few substitutions with the filling. I used ground turkey as the base and added 1 cup of wilted chopped bok choy for the cabbage and 1 cup of grated carrot. The orange from the carrot was a nice addition of color and flavor.

When it came to filling the wrappers I enlisted the help of hubby - we were both hungry so it made things go a bit faster and it was fun doing it together :)

I pan-fried the dumplings for potstickers and kept the shape very simple. A non-stick pan is really helpful.

I also made the dipping sauce to go with them. The best part was eating them...delicious!

Such a fun and tasty adventure, thanks Joscelyn!
