Drop the body fat % from 21 to 12

I've been serious about working out for four years now, since my son was born. He was a pretty big guy right away and made me feel like I needed to get in shape to keep up with him. 2012 I discovered Starting Strength, Fitocracy and my workouts finally started to make sense. Now working out, building strength is something I greatly enjoy, an outlet from the daily routine of seating at a computer desk.

My project would be to combine my work-outs with eating better and intermittent fasting. As a metric, I'll look at the body fat percentage and will try to reduce it from an "average guy 21%" to an "athletic 12%".
