Drawing Gestures with passion!

Drawing Gestures with passion! - student project

I enjoyed drawing gestures for this class!  I found the process somewhat meditative.  When I was in the moment, my drawings flowed very well.  More often, however, my mind wandered thinking about how much time was left on the timer.  Looking back on some of my drawings, I can see where I missed capturing the form or the relationship between the positive and negative spaces.

For project 2, I chose dance as the subject for my active mass gestures.

I had a lot of fun with the exercises and will continue practicing!
