Draw for 30 min every morning

Three Questions:

1 - My primary habit personality type is "rebel" with a strong tendancy towards "questioner"

Meaning that I'm contrarian and analytical so I'll have to take these tendancies into account as I build my new habits.

2 - I have a hard time keeping promises that I make to myself. Perhaps if I can harness the power of habit I can change that - I can find momentum in both my personal and professional life.

3 - A habit that I currently have is to make a pot of coffee every morning. The trigger - behavior - reward cycle is obvious and delicious.
