Ditching the Pooch

I'd like to believe that I'm fit what not with hitting the gym daily, taking 4 dance classes a week, and trekking up the hills of my college campus... but truth is, I still have a long way to go until I'm at a healthy weight. I have the active lifestyle down pat, but it's time for my diet to match. For the next two weeks of this course, I'll be tracking my food and exercise calories and consciously reducing my portions. Although it's not possible to spot-reduce fat, for me changing my diet will probably mean some inches lost around my tummy (one of the most accurate reflections of what I eat!)
