Dinner for two. Just right meatballs and pasta.

Ok, this isn't rocket science but I want just the right size, texture and taste. Otherwise it just isn't a satisfying meal. It's just eating. I used dried Italian bread for my crumbs, Italian parsley and dried Mediterranean oregano. Ends up it needed the fresh oregano. Although I might try fresh basil or some of the basil pesto I made last fall. 

I liked the taste and size. Will tweek the taste. Happy overall.
