I found that I was quite happy with my physical space. However, certain aspects of my digital space - emails, to do lists, note taking apps - were overcluttered and chaotic. Just thinking about them made me stressed out. So after taking this class I did a complete overhaul and feel so much better for it. Knowing that I have a clear desktop, that I'm at inbox zero, that all my to do lists and notes are up to date and that all my files are backed up has brought me a profound sense of peace.
