When I'm procrastinating or stressed out due to perfectionism, I go outside, listen to my fave music, play with the dogs, sometimes even turn on the tv. Each does help a bit. I'm finding now that EFT on each of those smaller issues, ie validation, is helping overall a bit. But even today, I'm taking this class instead of drawing.
I'm considering what another student suggested, doing other creative things. Maybe photography will help free up my drawing. I'm nowhere near as productive as I want to be.
