Hi,

My name is Cindi.  I live in New England. My hopes and dreams are to one day become a quilt fabric designer.  I have enjoyed every moment of this course.  This course has helped my individual design style to start to emerge.  I still have a ways to go, but I feel that I'm much closer to my goals than before. Thank you Bonnie!

Tranquility...The quality of being tranquil; calm.  When walking through the gardens one is calm. When watching the butterflies one is at peace. Spending time in nature, taking in the fresh air, enjoying the beautiful colors...that's what tranquility means to me.

Peaceful, tranquil, fragile, delicate, admirable, pleasing, precious, graceful, fluttery, fresh, calming, serene, alluring, sweet smelling, colorful, enchanting, enticing, romantic

Birds: joy,  peace,  lovely, calm, cheeky, chirpy, captivating, pleasing, sweet, graceful, cheerful, charming, delightful, amusing

When my son was a small boy, we had a bird feeder on the family room window.  The only time he would sit quietly was when the two of us would lay on the couch watching the birds come to the feeder.  We had a bird book and would look up the names of these graceful creatures. I love to sit on the back porch and listen to their cheerful songs.

Berry Delicious came about because of my desire to create a watercolor pattern with my limited watercolor skills.

Here in New England we have an abundance of scrumptious berries; strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.  I have many happy memories picking wild berries and blueberries at the local blueberry farm. Getting up early in the morning to fill our buckets with juicy berries before the summer day heats up. Wearing straw hats, light summer cotton fabrics and carrying small metal buckets.  loving this time with the children, listening to them laugh and talk, while they pick summer's little treasures, and watching them eat more than what they gather .

Tantalizing, scrumptious, crimson, sweet, tart, tender, charming, bountiful harvest, bright, deep purple, succulent, juicy, mouthwatering, luscious,
