Delivering Service with a Smile

Target audience: MBA students who are required to take the class.

Their problem: They may not know how important managing people (soft skills) in the workplace compared the hard (technical) skills.

How can I help: Engage them in thinking about managing people and let them discover how big of an influence it has on tangible outcomes in the workplace (performance, salaries, promotions, etc.)
