Decision time

I'm working with a personal trainer and taking some fitness classes to reach my goals.

1. get my body fat percentage from 25 to 17%

2. get down to a 36 waist

 

checking out two more goals

1. indoor triathlon for an hour at Lifetime Fitness (March 1 at Dublin, April 1 at Easton)

2. Mud Ninja in Ohio, July 28, 2013
