I tend to get anxiety about where my life is going. I start to feel so stressed that it affects me physiologically. I am going to start deep-breathing throughout the day, not just in my yoga classes. I will also add biking to my excersise/adventure stuff to do. I haven't yet honed in my hobbies, as it's been so many years. I love to dance. I enjoy cooking. I'm not good yet but maybe if I take the time to do it more often, I could get good! What I learned from this class is to incorporate all areas of my being in order to create a balanced life, thus; alieviating stress. I believe I will perform better in life overall, if all the pieces are functioning and thriving.
