My intention was to do a more formal, stylized shoot, but when I saw an interesting moment I tried to capture it.


We shot with natural light. I placed the window behind me. I think it added a nice sparkle to the model's eyes. I shot with a 50mm lens wide open.


The model was practically in silhouette but I exposed to make her face bright. I knew it would create an overexposed feeling in places, but I thought it was worth the experiment. I'm not sure what the policy on nudity is here so I erased her nipple. Not happy about it, but  I assume these need to be 'Instagram safe.'
