Daily Food for Fuel

For my first project I decided to keep it simple and track what I ate in a day. I used both the myfitnesspal app and a handwritten journal to track what I ate on a typical work day. Factors I took into account were vitamin intake, calories, carbs, time of eating and where the food lives on a food pyramid.
